Food production company based in New York City is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager that will be responsible for ensuring that food products meet required standards. Develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors. Train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of quality assurance or quality control experience in food production facility
- 3+ years of experience in quality control management
- Demonstrable knowledge of Federal regulatory requirements and compliance
- Bachelor’s in Food Science or related degree
